We are seeking a Payroll & Finance Administrator to join our Payroll & Finance function, contributing to some of the UK's most exciting civil engineering projects and making a real impact in a dynamic environment.

This role is 22.5 hours per week on a Temp to Perm basis.

Duties to Include
  • Setting up new starters in Sage payroll and all relevant documents
  • Processing holiday requests from candidates onto holiday files in Excel
  • Assisting with client/portal timesheet preparation and upload via Signal software
  • Processing statutory payments in Sage payroll
  • Processing leavers in Sage payroll and issuing P45s to employees
  • Processing payslips for candidates released on temporary licence and issuing them to relevant prison authorities
  • Reviewing payroll mailbox and dealing with queries
  • Responding to candidate payroll queries using Connect in-house query capture system
