This is a permanent role, 3 days a week, with a minimum of 1 day a week working from our Bristol office. For the right candidate we're able to be flexible on how many hours/days worked weekly to accommodate your schedule/other commitments.

The Opportunity

This is a hands on role supporting the day to day financial functions of the business. You'll assist with invoicing, expenses, bank reconciliation, credit control, customer/supplier queries, and general financial administrative tasks, working closely with our finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and send client invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Process supplier invoices and manage payment runs
  • Reconcile bank transactions and accounts monthly
  • Track client payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist with month-end tasks and reports
  • Support payroll preparation and expense processing
  • Liaise with our accountant and internal teams as required

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in a finance/admin role (agency or SME environment a bonus)
  • Good working knowledge of cloud-based accounting software (e.g. Xero or QuickBooks)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive financial data with discretion
  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
  • Commutable to our Bristol office, and able to work from here min. 1 day a week
