The Opportunity

We are looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join our team and provide vital support to our senior administrators and financial consultants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, values attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team
  • Assist with client onboarding, preparing annual review packs, and handling ongoing service requests
  • Maintain accurate client records across Kerr Henderson and provider systems
  • Liaise with clients and providers to ensure a seamless service

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in financial planning administration (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Intelliflo Office (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
