Job summary

A Not For Profit Trade Association is seeking an Accounts Assistant for a remote role requiring 25 hours of work per week. The position involves processing invoices, bank reconciliations, and maintaining financial records. Base pay range

Location: Remote working with occasional meetings in London, UK

Salary: £28 - 30k (full time equivalent)

Our client a Not For Profit Trade Association is seeking a Accounts Assistant. This remote role requires working 25 hours per week across 5 days.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' finance administration experience
  • Proficiency in double-entry accounting and multi-currency banking
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Xero

Job Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and financial transactions
  • Bank reconciliations and payment setups
  • Maintaining and completing spreadsheets
  • Responding to finance queries from delegates and members

Personal Requirements:

  • Resident in the UK and able to work from a home office
  • Strong written English and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle sensitive information
