Job summary

ADVANCE TRS is seeking an experienced executive to own payroll processing, credit control, and data entry in Sage 50 within a fast-paced, people-focused environment. The role requires accuracy under pressure and proactive issue resolution, with payroll compliance at the core of daily operations.

You will liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders, maintain PAYE processes, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in payroll or finance role.
• Experience processing timesheets.
• Confident communicating by phone and email with clients.
• Strong knowledge of PAYE and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly timesheets accurately.
• Handle phone and email communications with contractors and clients.
• Ensure PAYE processes are compliant and up to date.
