Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in payroll, finance, or accounts roles.
• Proven experience processing timesheets.
• Confident communicating with clients and contractors by phone and email.
• Solid understanding of posting invoices and staff expenses; good PAYE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly timesheets accurately and on time.
• Handle phone and email communication with contractors, clients and consultants.
• Ensure PAYE processes are compliant and up to date.
• Identify issues within payroll or finance processes and proactively resolve them.
• Support continuous improvement of systems and workflows.
