Saica Group is seeking a payroll clerk to handle data entry in SAP, manage payroll and pension queries, and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing within the UK operations.

The role involves calculating Tax/NI/SMP/SSP, processing salary adjustments and back pay, and preparing month-end payroll reports including accruals. You will also support the Hub team during busy periods and assist with ad hoc reports and time attendance system development.

Formación

• Experience with SAP payroll data entry.
• Experience handling payroll and pension queries.
• Ability to produce month-end payroll reports and accruals.
• Willingness to support the Hub team during busy periods and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry into SAP for monthly payroll data and sending to bureau for processing.
• First point of contact for payroll and pension queries; ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Calculate Tax/NI/SSP/SMP; input salary adjustments; calculate back pay and pay increases; prepare month-end payroll reports including accruals.
• Support Hub team with other payrolls during busy periods and holiday cover.
• Produce ad hoc Group reports; assist HR and ISIT to develop time attendance system as required.
