Job summary

Faith Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our Petersfield team. The role covers weekly and monthly payroll processing, data management, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

A full UK driving licence is required due to the Petersfield location. The ideal candidate will have prior payroll experience, and be proficient with Sage Payroll and BrightPay, with strong knowledge of payroll legislation.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll experience is essential.
• Experience using Sage Payroll and BrightPay.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Manage payroll data including starters, leavers, changes.
• Calculate statutory payments, deductions, overtime, and pensions.
• Ensure HMRC compliance and payroll legislation.
• Submit payroll information and reports as required.
• Respond to employee payroll queries professionally.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and documentation.
• Support payroll audits and year-end processes.
