Qualifications

• Previous payroll experience essential.
• Experience with Sage Payroll and/or BrightPay.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance.

• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Manage payroll data: starters, leavers, changes to records.
• Calculate statutory payments, deductions, overtime and pensions.
• Ensure HMRC compliance and payroll legislation adherence.
• Submit payroll information and reports as required.
• Respond to employee payroll queries promptly.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and documentation.
• Support payroll audits and year-end processes.
