Your Role

• Collaborate with Product Specialists to understand country-specific payroll compliance requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the payroll engine.
• Educate the Product team on legislation and ensure correct implementation through testing.
• Develop and maintain legislative specifications for reports and integrations, ensuring ongoing compliance with new in-country requirements.
• Upskill the Product team on compliance awareness related to new in-country requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of payroll experience in The Netherlands with advanced knowledge of local payroll tax.
• Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations and policies.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Interpersonal skills to explain complex issues clearly.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience across multiple country jurisdictions and supporting multi-region payroll solutions is advantageous.
