Qualifications

  • Payroll/compliance/administration experience required; recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Structured, process-driven environment experience encouraged.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll for temporary workers accurately and on time.
  • Manage candidate compliance, including Right to Work checks and onboarding docs.
  • Apply for and manage airside security passes.
  • Chase outstanding timesheets and meet payroll deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records on the CRM system.
  • Assist with invoicing and other ad hoc accounts/admin duties.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required.

Location: Keighley (Office-Based)

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Hours: 20–30 hours per week (flexible across Monday to Friday)

Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Payroll & Compliance Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team.

This is a highly structured and methodical role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys administrative and accounts-related tasks, and takes pride in producing accurate work. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our temporary workforce is paid correctly and remains fully compliant, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our back‑office operations.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Processing weekly payroll for temporary workers accurately and on time.
  • Managing candidate compliance, including Right to Work checks and onboarding documentation.
  • Applying for and managing airside security passes.
  • Chasing outstanding timesheets and ensuring payroll deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records on our CRM system.
  • Assisting with invoicing and other ad hoc accounts and administrative duties.
