Qualifications

• Experience in bureau payroll is essential.
• Comfort using multiple online systems.
• Strong relationship with clients required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and meet deadlines.
• Maintain payroll data using payroll systems and databases.
• Administer PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, student loans and other deductions.
• Process changes for new starters, leavers, salary amendments and holiday calculations.
• Produce payroll reports and ensure HMRC compliance and auto-enrolment requirements.
• Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies for employees and clients promptly.
• Maintain accurate payroll records in line with procedures and compliance.
• Provide general administrative support to the office and team as required.
