Have you worked with Direct Payments, Personal Health Budgets, Personal Budgets, in Social, Care or Healthcare setting in administration, payroll or finance and are looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference?
We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist organisation that supports service users and carers across the UK by managing funded payroll and payment services. Their work helps ensure individuals receive the support they need, and carers get paid accurately and on time, making this a rewarding opportunity to join a business where people are always at the heart of the service.
This is a varied position combining administration, payroll support, client service and financial processing.
You'll work closely with colleagues, carers, service users and clients across the UK, providing support primarily by telephone and email. Accuracy is important, but equally important is your ability to offer a professional, helpful and empathetic service.

You don't need to know everything on day one.
A comprehensive induction programme will be provided, including approximately 4 to 6 weeks of office-based training where you'll spend time observing experienced colleagues and gaining practical hands-on experience.
Following your induction, you'll move onto the team's hybrid working arrangement and continue to receive ongoing support and development.
