Tate is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to join our team in a hybrid role near Potters Bar. The position supports Direct Payments, Personal Health Budgets and related payroll activities, ensuring carers and service users are paid accurately and on time.

You don't need to know everything on day one. A comprehensive induction programme will be provided, including approximately 4 to 6 weeks of office-based training where you'll spend time observing experienced colleagues and gaining practical hands‑on experience. Following your induction, you'll move onto the team's hybrid working arrangement and continue to receive ongoing support and development.
