Job summary

McGinnis Loy Associates is assisting a Top 20 Accountancy Firm in Poole to recruit a Payroll Administrator to handle 30–50 client payrolls monthly. You will calculate PAYE/NI and statutory payments, reconcile records, and manage year-end tasks per HMRC guidelines. Experience in a payroll bureau is advantageous.

The role offers a base salary up to £31,000, together with healthcare, a pension scheme, and 25 days holiday, along with flexible benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a multi-client payroll environment in the UK.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll regulations and year-end processes.
• Ability to manage 30–50 client payrolls and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process 30–50 client payrolls per month for UK Ltds & partnerships (weekly/fortnightly/monthly).
• Calculate PAYE, NI, SSP, SMP, SPP and other payments.
• Reconcile payrolls and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
