Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support BAU payrolls during a system migration from iTrent to Oracle. You will manage high-volume payrolls for thousands of staff and administer complex pension schemes, ensuring accurate processing across multiple monthly cycles.

You will resolve pension and payroll queries, handle absence and attendance records, and maintain robust audit trails throughout the transition, with strong Excel data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified in payroll (CIPP or equivalent) or demonstrable hands-on experience.
• Experience handling high-volume payrolls in multi‑payroll environments (~5,000 records).
• Familiarity with LGPS and Teachers' Pensions schemes is preferred.

• Act as payroll focal point during the iTrent to Oracle migration.
• Deliver high-volume BAU payroll processing across ~5,000 staff in monthly cycles.
• Administer LGPS and Teachers' Pensions schemes accurately.
• Resolve complex payroll and pension queries promptly.
• Manage end-to-end payroll workflow including starters, leavers, changes.
• Input and verify attendance, sickness, and statutory payments.
• Process holidays, overtime, and manual adjustments.
• Maintain audit trails with detailed logs during transition.
