Menzies LLP is seeking a Payroll Bureau Processor to join our Woking office. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, delivering accurate, timely pay runs and ensuring compliance with payroll legislation.
With around 1–2 years payroll experience and strong IT skills, you’ll set up PAYE schemes, maintain client records, and support auto-enrolment pensions. We offer agile working and a supportive team culture.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
You’ll be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of annual, monthly, quarterly, or weekly payrolls. The allocation of clients will be based on experience and complexity of client’s needs.
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for an enthusiastic payroll professional who's ready to build on their experience and take the next step in their career.
With around 1-2 years' payroll experience, you'll have a good understanding of payroll processes, a keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to delivering a great service to clients.
You’ll also bring:
A CIPP Technician qualification would be advantageous, although we equally value hands-on payroll experience and a willingness to learn and develop.
We also offer agile working, giving you the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week, with no regular travel required.
