Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain payroll-related data and figures.
  • Record and monitor employee absences, ensuring alignment with payroll records.
  • Manage payroll email inboxes and respond to queries appropriately.
  • File and maintain electronic documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Support fleet administration activities, including organising fuel cards.
  • Maintain payroll records and confidentiality of processes.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support the Payroll Team.
  • Communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders by telephone and email.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday: 08:30-17:00

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our clients Payroll team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working with data and has a keen eye for accuracy.

You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, inputting payroll-related data, and providing administrative support across various payroll and fleet administration activities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, develop, and build a career within payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input and maintain payroll-related data and figures.
  • Record and monitor employee absences, ensuring information is accurate and matches payroll records.
  • Manage and organise payroll email inboxes, responding to queries and directing communications appropriately.
  • File and maintain electronic documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Support fleet administration activities, including organising and managing fuel cards.
  • Ensure payroll records and administration processes are maintained accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist with general administrative duties to support the Payroll Team.
  • Communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders via telephone and email.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous administration experience.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
