As a Payroll Administrator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our payroll and people data processes run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently as well as playing an important role in moving NRS payroll processes into a new ERP environment. Working alongside payroll colleagues, system specialists, and project stakeholders, you will ensure the system reflects how payroll works in practice and produces accurate, reliable results.
You'll work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders across the business, providing payroll support and helping to maintain the high standards our people depend upon.
You'll be responsible for processing and maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring employee data is updated correctly across multiple systems and supporting payroll activities in line with established deadlines and service standards.

You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
You'll have previous administrative experience, ideally gained within payroll, HR, recruitment, learning and development or a related people services environment. A good understanding of payroll or HR systems, confidence using Microsoft Office applications and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders will help you succeed in this role.
