The role
As a Payroll Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Ensuring the timely and accurate payment of all payees on all occasions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Responsibility for the processing of weekly and monthly payrolls as assigned
  • Efficient maintenance of employee files
  • Accurate updating of staff records via the SAP payroll system
  • Accurate checking and reconciling of payroll reports before BACS run
  • Efficient transmission of correct BACS file for payments
  • Timely process of correct employee payments

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Administration skills is essential
  • Good Microsoft office IT skills
  • Experience of SAP systems would be advantageous

Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:

  • GCSE in Maths & English or equivalent

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) clearance for this role.
