Job summary

Entier Limited in Westhill is seeking a motivated Finance/Payroll assistant, ideally a recent Accounting & Finance graduate, to develop their career in payroll and accounts. You will gain hands-on experience across payroll and day-to-day accounting tasks within a supportive finance team.

This role is 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at our Westhill office. You will collate payroll data and assist with month-end reporting, while providing high-quality support for payroll-related

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance/Payroll functions
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Collation of payroll data from timesheets
• Collation of People data from Cascade system
• Ensuring payroll data is processed accurately
• Assist with payroll related employee queries
• Support month-end reporting and management accounts processes
• Administration of Company Benefits and reference requests
• Assist with payroll journals and payroll costs analysis
