Healthcare Recruiters Limited in Preston is seeking a Payroll/Admin Assistant to join our Payroll Team. Working alongside the Payroll Manager, you will assist with all aspects of the weekly payroll and handle payroll queries with accuracy and courtesy.

The role offers opportunities to train whilst supporting the finance team, with duties including processing and administering weekly payroll, timesheet data entry, keeping records up to date, and handling invoicing and client self-billing

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the processing and administration of the weekly payroll
• Data entry and processing of timesheets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external staff to facilitate a smooth running of the weekly payroll
• Process new starters, leavers, transfers amendments and pensions
• Managing changes to staff details and keeping portal records up to date
• Assist with weekly invoicing/remittances
• Managing client self billing systems
• Assist with invoicing disputes and queries
• Assist with the chasing of unpaid invoices
• Any other ad hoc duties to support the finance team
