Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an Accounts Assistant in Altrincham with 2-3 years of finance experience to support end-to-end accounts, payroll tasks, VAT, and reconciliations. You will handle AP/AR, invoices, and client communications within a growing practice.

The role offers study support for AAT/ACCA, exposure to a wide range of clients, and a collaborative finance team environment.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of finance experience (practice or industry).
• AAT or ACCA qualification or equivalent (QBE accepted).
• Strong understanding of double-entry, reconciliations and VAT.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll and payroll administration.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end payroll and accounts - journals, reconciliations, month-end support
• Accounts Payable - processing invoices and supplier payments
• Accounts Receivable - credit control and customer accounts
• VAT returns - preparation and submission
• Payroll administration support for monthly payroll tasks
• Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• General finance admin including filing, data entry and client communication
