Job summary

Reed Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to cover a 9-month maternity contract in Carryduff. The role supports payroll processing, purchase ledgers, and supplier liaison within a small, friendly team. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, in-office with parking available.

The ideal candidate will have payroll/finance administration experience, be proficient in Sage Accounts, and able to start at short notice. Salary up to £34,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in payroll, accounts or finance administration
• Experience using Sage Accounts
• At least 3 years experience performing the listed duties
• Available to start at short notice

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and maintain holiday entitlements for ~40 employees
• Process purchase ledger invoices and liaise with suppliers
• Carry out payment runs and manage debt collection
• Record online banking transactions in Sage and reconcile payments/receipts
• Assist with online bookings and general administrative tasks
