Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or Finance role.
• Strong working knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
• Solid Purchase Ledger experience.
• Experience carrying out statement reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage the Purchase Ledger function, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Administer the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), including subcontractor verification and monthly submissions.
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end accounting processes.
• Lead for project management software, supporting system administration and process improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide support with reporting, finance administration and other ad hoc tasks as required.
