Job summary

Asset Finance International in Chester is seeking an Operations Executive / Payouts Administrator to join a growing team. The role involves providing administrative support for live agreements, customer services and in-life operations, plus broker onboarding and regular reviews.

You will handle welcome packs, contract scans, settlement calculations, bank reconciliations and end-of-lease activity, while maintaining controls and compliant processes.

£36,000 to £42,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Our client is an award winning bank providing a broad range of products to their customers. Well established and based in central Chester they are looking to recruit an Operations Executive / Payouts Administrator to join their growing team.

The successful Operations Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support of live agreements and general administrative Customer Services and In-life Operations duties.

You will also be responsible for administrative support for broker management process including on boarding and regular reviews.

The successful Operations Executive will:

• Provide all customers with a welcome pack following the on boarding process.
• Ensure all AF contracts are scanned.
• Provide administrative support within the Customer Services team including calculating settlement figures, dealing with customer enquiries and updating customer details.
• To perform bank reconciliations and post receipts correctly to the appropriate agreement.
• To ensure that all end of lease activity is performed accurately.
• Ensure all Key controls are adhered to including working within the current signature list, clear desk policy, completing compliance training within deadlines. Logging customer complaints.
• Challenge relevance of established business practices and display a solutions focused attitude to all problems faced.
• Ensure all welcome packs are completed and mailed within 2 weeks hours of receipt of activation of agreement.
• General file maintenance and updating Banks accounting system and information databases to enable the production of good quality management information and reporting.
• Assisting the operations team with any administrative support as required.
