Cummins Mellor is partnering with a well-established asset finance business in Blackburn to recruit an Operations Administrator for the Payout team.

You will process payouts, prioritise requests, sign transactions, dispatch welcome packs and ensure documentation is accurate, deadlines are met and KPIs achieved.

The role offers hybrid working after training, a salary of £27,600 and a strong benefits package including pension, income protection, healthcare and regular team events.

• Previous administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processing payouts in line with defined criteria and checks.
• Prioritising payout requests to ensure timely processing.
• Signing payout transactions within delegated authority.
• Dispatching welcome packs to customers.
• Recording sign-off documentation on the internal system.
• Collaborating with other administration teams to support workflows.
• Working with the Payout Manager/Team Leader to maintain a positive team environment.
• Delivering on deadlines, quality standards and KPIs.
