JPMorganChase in the United Kingdom is seeking a Payments Lead to own end-to-end delivery of payments schemes and related capabilities. You will drive delivery, shape the next wave of payments expansion, and ensure operational readiness across ISO 20022 and scheme rules with a strong customer outcomes focus.

Formación

• 7+ years in product management / delivery within financial services.
• Proven track record launching payments capabilities in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of SEPA, ISO 20022 and settlement timing.

Responsabilidades

• Own the assigned payments product and feature delivery across releases, balancing regulatory rules, engineering constraints, and cost-to-serve.
• Translate scheme and regulatory requirements into buildable, testable requirements; own end-to-end testing and reconciliation.
• Monitor payments landscape to identify opportunities for roadmap adjustment and differentiation.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery journey from intake to post-launch performance reporting, ensuring schemeready and runbooks.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; manage timelines and resources with clear options and trade-offs.
• Partner with Digital Product/Design and Ops to enable strong customer payment journeys with clear messaging and exception handling.
• Define OKRs/KPIs and invest in enhancements for stable production outcomes, monitor MTTR and reconciliation issues.
• Lead vendor/partner governance including SLA performance and remedial plans.
