Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree.
• Experience in payments technology with leading technology delivery and managing diverse teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory and industry requirements in payments technology.
• High emotional intelligence and stable leadership promoting learning and innovation.
• Ability to drive employee engagement and resilience through change.
• Proficiency in product delivery, change management, and organizational development.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic vision to build change confidence and AI/data-driven solutions.
• Lead delivery of business assurance and client testing for payments products.
• Partner with CTO organizations to ensure platform assurance and change confidence.
• Transform testing practices with AI/data solutions to support growth and compliance.
• Ensure security, risk management, and regulatory compliance for changes.
• Assess risks, elevate issues, and deliver solutions.
• Foster trust and transparency across teams and functions.
• Provide stakeholders with updates on outcomes, metrics, and KPIs.
• Align testing strategies with production to improve stability.
• Lead a diverse global technology organization focused on testing and assurance.
• Coordinate Regional Technology Stability & Resiliency Forum for EMEA Payments.
