Santander UK is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager (12 Month FTC) to work from Milton Keynes or London. You will lead payments analysis and delivery across complex change initiatives, shaping clear scope, requirements and governance in a regulated environment.

You’ll partner with Technology and external suppliers, influence senior stakeholders, and translate business intent into practical value while ensuring risk controls and reporting are embedded throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Payments environment.
• End-to-end project analysis, delivery and implementation.
• Experience with traditional BA and PM methodologies.
• Experience developing governance and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead payments analysis and delivery across complex, cross-functional change initiatives.
• Elicit, define, and maintain high-quality requirements and plans.
• Partner with Technology and suppliers to drive solution design and delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders with clear recommendations and reporting.
