Job summary

TSB, part of the Santander group, is seeking a Business Analyst to deliver high quality requirements and BA deliverables for changes across IT platforms. You will liaise with business units to understand needs, capture requirements, and translate them into clear specifications that align with regulatory and policy changes.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to elicit, analyse and document requirements clearly.
• Experience with agile delivery and digital projects is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality requirements and BA deliverables for changes.
• Loster liaison with business to understand needs and problems.
• Analyse impacts, benefits and risks across systems and processes.
