Job summary

Santander is seeking a Business Analyst & Change Manager for the Financial Support Transformation, based in Milton Keynes or Bradford. This role, on a 12-month FTC, collaborates with IT and business stakeholders to drive a customer-centric transformation using data, modelling and analysis to meet project outputs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with project delivery in agile and waterfall environments, and familiarity with Debt Manager and CACS.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of investigation techniques, business process modelling, requirements development and impact assessment.
• Experience operating in a project/programme environment, working with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and meeting deadlines.
• Experience of using Debt Manager, CACS and other Financial Support systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key interface between the business sponsors, stakeholders, the technology and delivery teams.
• Translate business change needs into specific project requirements.
• Participate in the design process from design approval to functional design completion.
