Job summary

Handepay, part of PayPoint Group, is seeking a high-performing Field Sales Manager to drive multi-product payments solutions to UK SMEs, including card acquiring, POS/EPOS and eCommerce.

You must have at least 3 years’ field sales experience in payments or fintech, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven ability to win new business, negotiate, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' field sales experience within payments, merchant services, acquiring or fintech
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding new business revenue targets
• Ability to discuss pricing, transaction volumes and payment solutions with business owners

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through self-generated leads, networking, referrals and partnerships
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, close and onboarding
• Sell multi-product payments propositions including card acquiring, POS/EPOS, eCommerce and value-added services
• Deliver tailored consultative solutions addressing customer challenges to create measurable value
• Develop introducer and partner relationships for sustainable deal flow
• Maintain pipeline discipline with forecasting and revenue target achievement
