Job summary

Handepay, part of the PayPoint Group, seeks a high-performing Field Sales Manager to drive SME payments solutions across the UK, selling multi-product offers and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in field sales within payments/fintech, a proven revenue track record, and strong deal‑pricing skills. Compensation includes £60k base, £4,800 car allowance, uncapped commission, and OTE £88k+ (top £100k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' successful field sales experience within payments, merchant services, card acquiring or fintech.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding new business revenue targets.
• Experience selling multi-product or integrated payments solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through self-generated leads, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, close and onboarding.
• Sell a multi-product payments proposition, including card acquiring, POS/EPOS, eCommerce, Pay-by-Link and value-added services.
• Deliver tailored, consultative solutions that address customer challenges and create measurable commercial value.
• Develop introducer and partner relationships to generate sustainable, repeatable deal flow.
• Maintain strong commercial discipline through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting and consistent achievement of revenue targets.
