Job summary

Handepay is hiring a Field Sales Manager in the UK payments space. You will drive new business growth, manage the full sales cycle and sell multi-product payment solutions to SMEs, including card acquiring, POS/EPOS, and eCommerce services.

The role demands proven field sales experience in payments or fintech, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and building long-term customer relationships. A UK driving licence is required, and a strong commercial mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' successful field sales experience within payments, merchant services, card acquiring or fintech.
• Proven track record of winning and developing business within the SME market.
• Confident discussing acquiring, terminal solutions, eCommerce payments and value-added services.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through self-generated leads, networking, referrals and partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation, close and onboarding.
• Sell a multi-product payments proposition, including card acquiring, POS/EPOS, eCommerce, Pay-by-Link and value-added services.
• Deliver tailored, consultative solutions that address customer challenges and create measurable commercial value.
• Develop introducer and partner relationships to generate sustainable, repeatable deal flow.
• Maintain strong commercial discipline through pipeline management, forecasting and revenue targets.
