Job summary

Bank Of China is seeking a Senior Assistant – Payments & Data Solutions in London, UK. The role supports the Business Solutions Management team, delivering business solutions, automation and governance across Clearing & Payments operations.

The role requires strong data analysis, reporting, and Power Platform skills, with experience in process improvement and regulatory compliance. The candidate will collaborate with Technology, Operations and Front office teams to optimise payments processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or related field.
• Professional qualifications in PM/Agile are a plus.
• Commercial experience in data analysis and MI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Extract, validate and analyse data from internal systems to generate insights.
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and Excel tools using advanced formulas, VBA.
• Support automation initiatives, monitor RPA processes, and handle exceptions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through process optimisation and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate end-to-end solution delivery with Technology, Operations, Risk and stakeholders.
