Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume contact centre or customer service environment.
• Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence across multiple systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately record information while speaking with customers.
• Experience working to targets, KPIs or service level agreements.
• Resilience and professionalism with vulnerable customers.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00 and weekend rota.
• Strong attendance record and reliability.

Responsibilities
