Job summary

Churchmere Medical Group is seeking a Patient Services Supervisor to lead its Reception and Administration teams across Ellesmere and Whitchurch. You will work closely with the Patient Services Manager to ensure a professional, compassionate, and efficient patient experience.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours, 9:00–17:00, Monday–Friday) with occasional evenings and Saturday Extended Access sessions. You will develop staff, promote service excellence and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team supervision experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to Reception and Administration teams at Ellesmere and Whitchurch sites.
• Support workload planning, rota management and staff development.
• Assist with implementation of service improvements and patient access initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and information governance standards.
