Job summary

Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich is seeking a Patient Administrator to join the Administration team. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern and duties across the patient journey.

We're offering a salary up to £25,044 per year depending on experience, with a range of benefits, including holiday entitlement, private healthcare and career development opportunities as part of Circle Health Group.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent.
• Proficient PC user with software/systems experience.
• Private healthcare admin experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide a professional and standard service.
• Ensure all patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work and ensure appropriate measures.
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
