Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a customer service role within its pharmacy/healthcare support operations in the United Kingdom.

The team coordinates prescription management, patient stock levels, and order processing for home delivery, ensuring accurate data entry and timely service. You will work with planning, warehousing, sales and customers to maintain a reliable and positive patient experience, with rotating hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or patient-centric roles.
• Proven experience using CRM systems.
• IT proficiency and ability to navigate software systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to patients and customers to process stock orders and resolve queries.
• Activate new patients onto the service and coordinate installation delivery per customer requirements.
• Accurately enter prescriptions on the Patient Management System.
• Process patient orders on the Patient Management System as advised by prescriptions.
• Organise collections and process sales returns within allocated timeframes.
• Manage administration of records with accuracy and timeliness.
