Job summary

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, enter prescriptions, and maintain accurate records within the Patient Management System, contributing to a reliable, compliant patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and outbound emails to patients and customers to process stock orders and queries.
• Activate new patients and coordinate installation delivery per customer requirements.
• Enter prescriptions and directions in the Patient Management System.
• Process patient orders accurately on the Patient Management System.
• Organise collections and process returns within allocated timeframes.
• Manage records administration (tracking, filing, archiving) accurately and timely.
