Modality Partnership is seeking Patient Services Assistants to join our Lewisham practices, including The Jenner Practice, South Lewisham Group Practice and Bellingham Greensurgery. The role blends reception duties with digital patient triage and back-office support to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Formación

• Experience in front-line customer service or NHS-related reception is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to use basic IT tools and clinical systems as needed.
