Modality Partnership's Lewisham Division is hiring a Patient Services Assistant to support the Jenner Practice, South Lewisham Group Practice and Bellingham Green Surgery. You will handle patient enquiries, schedule appointments, and use digital triage tools and automation to streamline care while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient-facing customer service or front-line support.
• Comfort with digital tools, triage systems and automation used in healthcare.
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes and multi-site coordination.

• Handle administrative tasks efficiently and embrace automation to streamline workflows.
