Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Patient Services Advisor for Extended Access Sessions in Ellesmere. The role offers flexible hours: approx 12-18 hours per month, weekday evenings 4-8pm and Saturdays 8am-1pm across Ellesmere Health Centre and Churchmere Medical Centre.

You will welcome patients, handle enquiries by phone, face-to-face and online, book appointments, signpost to services, support clinicians, and carry out admin tasks.

Working Pattern Approximately 12-18 hours per month Weekday evenings: 4:00pm 8:00pm Saturdays: 8:00am 1:00pm Shifts across Ellesmere Health Centre (EHC) and Churchmere Medical Centre (CHC) Rota provided one month in advance Designed to offer a high level of flexibility around other commitments
