Job summary

Beaumont Hospital in Bolton, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Patient Administrator for a 25-hour-per-week, part-time role. The position supports the Administration department and requires covering a flexible shift pattern.

The candidate should have Maths and English GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent, be proficient with PCs, and ideally have prior experience in private healthcare administration. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps to provide standard service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Handle patient queries efficiently and professionally.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email.
• Maintain Health and Safety knowledge and ensure safe practices for patients and staff.
• Complete mandatory training as required.
