Job summary

Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust in Greater Manchester is seeking a Risk Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Risk Management Team within the Patient Safety Directorate. You will work under the Risk Manager to assist in incident reporting, investigations, Patient Safety Reviews and Datix data maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering risk management processes, including incident reporting.
• Ability to maintain data quality and records in line with policy.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Risk Management Team.
• Maintain accurate incident and risk data on Datix and support data quality processes.
• Assist with meeting administration (agendas, minutes and distribution).
• Produce Datix reports and support user access and basic system queries.
• Support Patient Safety Incident Investigations and liaise with stakeholders.
• Manage documentation in line with Trust Records Management Policy.
• Prioritise workload and contribute to efficient risk management processes.
