Job summary

Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Datix Administrator to manage and optimise the Trust's risk management software, ensuring it supports patient safety and governance processes.

The post holder will provide technical support, training, and data reporting while collaborating with Risk Managers, Governance Leads, IT Services, and RLDatix to maintain effective operation of the system across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Datix or RLDatix risk management systems.
• Strong IT support and user training skills.
• Experience in NHS or healthcare governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Administrate and maintain the Trust's Risk Management software to ensure suitability for purpose.
• Provide first-line IT and functional support to users of the Risk Management software.
• Provide comprehensive user support and advice on a day-to-day basis to staff.
