Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake patient safety incident reviews using various methods (AAR, Structured Judgement Reviews).
• Ensure reporting requirements and timescales for incident management are met.
• Engage with staff to support rapid reviews and gather necessary information.
