Job summary

NHS Jobs is seeking a Patient Safety, Incidents & Learning Clinical Lead to drive the reporting, investigation and learning from patient safety incidents across the ICB. Qualifications

• Experience in patient safety incident reporting and learning.
• Knowledge of national safety frameworks (PSIRF) is beneficial.
• Ability to analyse data and present actionable learning insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead for patient safety incidents reporting, investigation and learning across the ICB.
• Coordinate with providers to triangulate data and identify themes, trends and improvement actions.
• Develop and deliver training on incident management and Datix usage across the system.
• Produce regular safety and quality reports for Boards and Committees and support governance processes.
• Support PSIRF policy implementation and monitoring of national alerts and CAS/MHRA notices.
