Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage/supervise an office function in an NHS/service environment.
• Experience of working in the NHS across hospital, GP, or similar settings.
• Experience in a busy environment with public interaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance against local and national KPIs and escalate bottlenecks.
• Oversee admin processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Provide practical support and advice for day-to-day directorate issues.
• Line manage administration team members with clear leadership.
• Collaborate with directorate bookings and admin teams.
• Ensure documentation and data entry for patient appointments meet Trust standards.
